Graduate Application Deferral Request Form

Please complete and submit this form in order to request an application/admission deferral. Deferrals are only made within an academic school year (Summer -Spring). A new application must be completed every year if you do not attend. International students for non-MBA programs can only defer to Winter. If you are an MBA applicant, you may defer to Winter or Spring.
